1. Foundation and Structure

A structural engineer created the bungalow’s foundation and framework, ensuring a solid and durable base that can resist the weather. Through the use of block/ash brick and coarse-grained sand, the superstructure is created to be sturdy and long-lasting. Sturdy and dependable construction is guaranteed by the use of 53-grade Portland cement with an ISI label and Durgapur steel.

2. Doors, Windows, and Flooring

The door frames in the bungalow measure 4″ by 2.5″ and are solidly constructed to survive. The L-shaped kitchen features a granite finish over the black stone to further enhance the bungalow’s beauty. Internal ISI-brand PVC pipes of Superior grade are utilized in the plumbing, assuring a continuous flow of water. The kitchen contains a steel sink, and the plumbing fixtures are standard-quality steel taps. Because the sink and toilet are white and of standard quality, they will last and require little care.

4. Electricals and Wiring

The bungalow’s electrical system is built to accommodate a modern way of living. There are 2+1 light outlets, 2 fan outlets, 2 plug outlets, 1 refrigerator outlet (near the kitchen), and 1 washing machine outlet in each living/dining room (near the toilet). There are two light fixtures, one fan, one outlet, and one A. C. point in each of the two bedrooms. The kitchen has one outlet, one plug, and one exhaust/chimney point. There is one light, one exhaust fan, and one geyser in each toilet. A reputable ISI brand MCB and ICCB are included with the concealed fire-resistant wiring to ensure safety and dependability.

5. Painting and Finishing

The bungalow’s inside walls are completed with two coats of waterproof putty, and its outside walls are coated with two coats of brand-name weatherproof paint with partial texture to give them a flawless finish and ensure their endurance. The marble staircase enhances the bungalow’s beauty and visual appeal. The internal sewage, septic tank, reservoir, and overhead tank are all constructed in accordance with the sanction design, guaranteeing appropriate drainage and water delivery.

Because there are no window grills on the house, the design is more aesthetically pleasing. The boundary wall is built according to plan, guaranteeing privacy and security.
